Trial questions, answered

Will my card be charged during the trial?

No. We collect a payment method at signup, but no charge is made until day 15. If you cancel before then, you owe nothing.

What happens on day 15?

Your Core Platform plan starts at $49/mo plus the usage minutes your agent handled. You'll see a clear billing summary before the charge — no surprise overages.

Can I cancel mid-trial?

Yes. Cancel any time from the dashboard. We do not require a phone call or a save-attempt to cancel.

Are there usage caps during the trial?

No artificial caps — you get the same per-minute capacity as a paying tenant. Voice usage during the trial is included.

Do healthcare / dental tenants need a BAA before the trial?

You can run the trial without a BAA. To activate the Clinical Documentation or PHI-sensitive add-ons, we'll execute a BAA before turning them on.

What if I change industries later?

You can switch your industry in onboarding — the agent re-seeds with the new template. Once your team is live we recommend reaching out to sales for a smooth transition.
