Enterprise pricing stays custom and is quoted separately based on call volume, workflow complexity, and integration needs.
What you pay each month
- 1. Monthly fee. This covers your RecepDesk workspace, call workflows, analytics, and support level.
- 2. Assistant usage. You pay for the minutes your AI receptionist spends handling live calls. If the AI answers a 3-minute call, that is 3 billable minutes.
- 3. Estimated monthly range. We show a realistic monthly range so you can understand what many customers on that plan usually pay.
- 4. Billing timing. Your monthly fee is charged at the start of the billing cycle. Usage is added based on the AI call minutes handled during the month.
Example
If your plan starts at $49/mo and your usage rate is $0.18/min, and your AI handles 200 minutes of calls in a month, your bill would be $49 + $36 = $85.
In short: monthly fee + AI call minutes handled = your monthly bill.
